Carvak (Kavak) Pioneers a New Way to Buy Cars in Turkey
Carvak, Kavak’s brand in Turkey, is an online marketplace founded in Mexico in 2016 and has become a game-changer in the used car industry.
In April 2021, Kavak became Mexico’s first unicorn company, surpassing a valuation of $4 billion, and in September 2021, the company valuation reached $8.7 billion. It continues to grow with more than 8,000 employees and a car portfolio of more than 40,000 cars.
After Mexico, Kavak started to offer services in Argentina in 2020, Brazil in 2021, and Turkey in 2022.
The Need for Implementation & Localization
Kavak manages its business processes worldwide with NetSuite. In this regard, it has collaborated with Moneta for an ERP implementation for its operations in Turkey. Moneta worked closely with Kavak’s Turkey team to implement a tailored setup to integrate all of Kavak Turkey’s business processes into NetSuite.
